This service is designed to provide the client
with a professional and efficient introduction to the
Spanish market being the main objective to
define possibilities and reach a
definitive access to the Spanish market through the most
adequate distribution channel.
Our
market approach proposal is separated in 3 modules
(independent to each other) which are
designed with the main intention of developing
practical/useful results to the export firm, allowing to
define business possibilities for their products in Spain in
a relative short period of time.
The decision
of undertaking the next module is taken by the export firm after analyzing the report delivered at the end
of every module.
Following
a brief explanation of the activities developed in every
module:
Module 1
Activities:

Communication with the client in order to better
understand key issues of its business and business
sector. An initial on-line questionnaire will be sent
for the gathering of information. An initial phone
conference will be established for concepts confirmation.

Orta
will study the market with the main purpose of
developing a long list of potential firms suiting the
profile given by the exporting firm. At this point Orta
won’t establish yet contact with the Spanish firms in
the long list.
Deliverables module 1:
-
Report containing a basic description of the market and
the long list of Spanish firms will be delivered to the
export firm. In the long list Orta will supply the name,
contact data, short profile and a link to the web of the
Spanish firms.
Module 2
Activities:
-
In order
to improve the chances of a successful understanding of
the export firm’s offer by the Spanish market, Orta will
develop a web site of the exporting firm in Spanish.
This web
will contain 3 main sections:
- Description
of the firm (profile and highlights of what the firm is
looking for in the Spanish market.
- Description and pictures of the products of the firm.
- On
line contact form and pop up message to stress the dates
the manager of the export firm will
be visiting Spain.

In
this module, after receiving the feedback of the export
firm in relation to its preference/priority on the
profiles of the identified Spanish firms, Orta will be
contacting all the selected ones in order to:
- Investigate the name and contact information of the most
suitable people within the Spanish organization to talk
to in reference to the export firm project.
- Talk
to the identified responsible to present the export firm.
- Send
to the responsible identified person an e-mail
containing the link of the Spanish web (also with a link
to the export firm English web site, when available) and
request him/her to review the information for
considering their interest in a potential meeting.
- Call
the Spanish firm’s identified person in order to confirm
his/her interest for a potential meeting with the export
firm manager.
- Organize a visit agenda for the export firm, advising on
the most convenient logistics for the most efficient
time/resources management.
Deliverables module 2:

Spanish
Web Site according to the above described
content/sections.

A
report containing the received feedback from the contact
with the market and the visit agenda.
Module 3 (Length
may vary depending on the number of meetings and locations).

In this
module the visit to Spain by the export firm will be
executed. The consultant will be accompanying the export
firm in order to assist with translation issues as well
as to advise on business culture, negotiation and Spanish partner
qualification and to try to gather, on site, as much as
possible information (from the meetings) that could be of use to the
project.
Deliverables module 3:

A report
containing advice on the follow up recommended actions
for the export firm.
